In San Jacinto, California, a man who was suspected of stealing a Lexus was arrested by police officers on Tuesday. However, before police were able to arrest the man, he led them on a chase from San Jacinto to Hemet.
The man, 21 year old Ruben Almanza, was driving with a teenage passenger at the time of the chase. Both were taken into police custody before 1:00 PM. Police say that they tried to stop the 2006 Lexus sedan after it violated vehicle codes. Instead of stopping, Almanza initiated a chase.
