The star of "Pretty Wild", Alexis Neiers, who was recently released from prison, is now headed straight back there after being caught with black tar heroin. She was originally placed in jail for her supposed role in the "Bling Ring" in Hollywood, an act that got her six months in jail; Neiers only served thirty days of her sentence.

It seems that her time in jail was not scary enough to keep her from going back there.

The judge did not allow Neiers bail until her court date scheduled for later this week. At this time her lawyer is attempting to push for a stint in rehab instead of sending his client back to jail. Michael Nasatir, her attorney, says that "[Alexis] is a young woman with a drug problem and she needs treatment. This is her first offense. Let's get her some recovery rather than incarceration."
