A former police chief in North Texas has reportedly been accused of having sexual relations with a girl during 2001 to 2004.

Now, the man has been indicted on the matter and had his bond set at $250,000 for his numerous charges.

Details are not available about the sexual assault matter, but he has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, eight counts of indecency with a child/sexual contact and five counts of sexual assault of a child.
