  Acupuncturist Faces Sexual Assault Charges

William Goit, an acupuncturist in Orange County, California, has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a female patient during her treatment session. He was arrested at his office, La Paz Acupuncture and Massage in Laguna Hills.

Goit is facing claims that he asked the female patient to lie of her stomach so he could massage her spine, during which he allegedly made inappropriate comments about her appearance, touched her inappropriately and pulled down her pants.

The acupuncturist is now being charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual battery. His bail has been set at $10,00 and he will be facing a year in jail if he is convicted of the crime.

  Former Deputy Sentenced in Theft Case

A former South Dakota deputy has been sentenced for taking $500 from a department safe in Selby. The Walworth County sheriff's deputy, Jeremiah Paul, has been sentenced to 60 days in jail. The theft occurred during his employment with Walworth County.

The former deputy pled guilty to petty theft in the matter and will have forty days of his jail time suspended after he pays his court costs.

Paul was hired as a deputy last fall through a federal grant program but was fired about a month later. He was also once  a deputy in Pennington County. Details about his court costs are currently unavailable.

  Man Sentenced in Domestic Violence Case

As the result of a domestic violence conviction, a man will serve three years of community control and 120 days in county jail in the Preble County area in Ohio. Jack D. Eaton was convicted for domestic violence, a felony of the third degree.

The domestic violence trial took place over one day before the jury decided the charge against Eaton. The incident of domestic violence occurred a month before the conviction was made against the defendant.

The family of the deceased woman is questioning where the money from her estate is going. During a trial, Graebner signed a judgment that admitted that he had been embezzling funds from the estate.

He is now claiming that he did not know what he was signing and was duped into t by the family's lawyer. He also claims that most of the money has been repaid to the family of the deceased woman.
