Two suspects are in custody in relation to a sexual assault matter that occurred at the St. Louis University campus. A student reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by two male students in the campus dorm.

According to police, the female victim did know the two male students. The two suspects were in custody but have been released pending the application of warrants with the Circuit Attorney's Office.

  Man Reports Being Assaulted by Man and Woman

A man in the Lufkin, Texas area has reported that he was assaulted by a man and a woman in the area. The man was trying to repossess a vehicle from the woman while the woman told him that the man insisted on getting her car but didn't have any paperwork to show that he was repossessing the car.

The woman further states that the man did not have any identification linking him to the auto finance company. Reportedly, the woman than shoved the man away from her car while he was trying to repossess it.

  Woman Steals Police Car When Arrested

  Man Arrested in Aggravated Assault Matter

  Teenager Arrested for Possession

A Greeley, Colorado teenager was arrested on several charges in relation to the distribution of narcotics and weapons possession. The Weld County Drug task Force and the North Colorado Drug Task Force have been buying guns, bullet proof vests and cocaine from the boy for the past eight months.

  Former School Employee Pleads Guilty to Theft

  Two Arrested in Atlantic City Robbery

  Basketball Player Arrested for Condom Theft

A Wright State University basketball player is now facing a charge of petty theft for allegedly stealing condoms from a CVS pharmacy. The store manager called the police after she believed that the man, Paul Darkwa, had taken condoms from the store.

The police ended up detaining Darkwa and found twice as many condoms as he had paid for in his bag. These condoms also matched up with the empty box found at the CVS pharmacy.

  Man Arrested for Theft of Timber

In the Poplarville, Mississippi area, a man was arrested on three counts of timber theft after a six-month investigation was conducted by the Department of Agriculture and Commerce and the Mississippi Forestry Commission.

Harold Edwin Simmons was contracted to harvest timber that was to be set aside to help fund school districts. He has now been accused of under-reporting that harvest and pocketing about $375,000 from the stolen timber.

  Man Pepper Sprayed During Domestic Violence Arrest

A Springfield, Ohio man has been arrested for domestic violence after he reportedly threatened a woman he knew and slapped her in the face. Robert L. Nesser was taken to the Clark County Jail after the incident occurred.

  Two Charged in Air Conditioner Theft

A man and a woman have now been arrested in relation to the theft of air conditioners in the Ann Arundel, Maryland area. David F. Burrows and Jeanne Z. Simms were arrested after they were caught stealing the air conditioners that they planned to loot for scrap copper from a Hanover business.

Officers ended up responding to a report of a theft at a local air conditioning business when they spoke with someone who saw  two people loading air conditioners into a pickup truck. Police were able to find the truck that was described and found the seven air conditioners that were identified as belonging to the business.

Burrows and Simms were arrested and charged with trespassing and theft. The area of Anne Arundel has been dealing with theft issues and two brothers were charged with stealing church air conditioners about a month before this crime.

  Couple Held for Theft and Drug Charges

A couple was arrested after a tip from a resident came in about alleged drug activity near a Bloomington, Utah Walmart. While the couple was arrested for drug possession, they had also been involved in the burglary of a laundromat the day before.
